so excited, so scared.

well it turns out i was right. the apartment was heavenly.

ok that's a lie. it's really old and the building is dirty but it is so much bang for my buck that i can't say no! i applied right away and shabang! it's mine! i move in august 1.

here's everything wonderful about it don't be jealous:

-it's not a studio.
-seriously. it's a legitimate 1 bedroom.
-625 square feet. silly i tell you.
-a real bath/shower
-hardwood floors. they're old as dirt but wood nonetheless.
-a cute little cove for a dining room table
-a private balcony/patio! all my own! don't get too excited it can probably only fit 2 chairs.
-i already ran into another girl who is probably moving into the apartment 2 doors down from mine and probably we're already besties.
-it's in a cute little wooded area between georgetown and AU
-could this be any better?!?!?!?!?!
-only 3 miles from work! 1 mile to georgetown!
-utilities included!
-first month is free!
-hmm it's a little scary to have real bills again.
-i'm also a little scared i might wake up one morning to the building collapsing on me.

pretty much this is the greatest thing that ever happened to me.
